Russell and Cleveland Land Victory with the Court of Appeals

Attorneys Allison S. Russell and Megan M. Cleveland landed a victory with the Court of Appeals on January 26, 2018.  Ms. Cleveland represented a newly retired U.S. Army veteran in Jefferson Family Court.  The Family Court agreed with Ms. Cleveland that the client’s child support obligation should be modified.  The opposing party filed an appeal of the Family Court’s decision, and Ms. Russell drafted the brief in the appellate action.  Ultimately, the Court of Appeals rendered an Opinion favoring Ms. Cleveland and Ms. Russell’s position.  The Goldberg Simpson Domestic Relations Team and Appeals Team consistently work together to achieve favorable results for our clients.
