The Environmental and Administrative Law Practice Group (EALPG) at Goldberg Simpson has a rare depth and breadth of experience practicing law where the issues are related to administrative decisions impacting the land and water. Our EALPG has handled cases throughout the State of Kentucky, 8 other states, and all levels of the federal court system.
