Louisville Gas and Electric (“LG&E”) Application for a Rate Increase, Case No. 2016-00371

Goldberg Simpson attorney Gregory Dutton represented the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government before the Kentucky Public Service Commission (“KPSC”) in LG&E’s most recent request for a rate increase. As a result of the settlement reached between Louisville Metro, LG&E and other intervening parties, Louisville Metro will see $650,000 in annual savings to the City budget, an increase in LG&E donations to local charitable organizations, and LG&E will fund a study to explore expansion of Louisville Metro’s electric bus program.
