Kentucky Utilities (“KU”) Application for a Rate Increase, Case No. 2016-00370

Goldberg Simpson attorney Gregory Dutton represented the Kentucky League of Cities (“KLC”) before the Kentucky Public Service Commission in KU’s most recent request for a rate increase. As a result of the settlement reached between KLC, KU and other intervening parties, KLC’s membership will see $1,500,000 in annual savings to KLC member budgets, an advantageous rate for street and other City lighting, and KU will fund a study to explore offering specialized LED lighting fixtures and rates.
