Jan West, a Partner with Goldberg Simpson presented Employment Law Update – What employers need to know for 2018 and beyond to the monthly meeting of the Kentucky Construction Users Council (KCUC). The KCUC is comprised of owners and administrators in Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana who purchase construction and maintenance services, as well as contractors, trade organizations and others.
