Overview

Chadler Hardin is a civil defense attorney at Goldberg Simpson. His practice largely consists of defending businesses, insurance companies, and people in lawsuits involving personal injury, insurance coverage, bad faith, defamation, and property disputes. His practice includes trial and appellate work.

Chadler, a Louisville native, received his B.S. in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Thereafter, Chadler graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in the top ten percent of his class in 2014, earning the honors distinction Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Chadler competed on the National Moot Court Team and the National Mock Trial Team. Chadler also served as the Torts Subject Matter Editor on the Journal of Law and Education.

Chadler was sworn in as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association in October 2014.

Mr. Hardin works in multiple practice areas at Goldberg Simpson.

The Insurance Law Defense Group concentrates efforts on Tort Defense, Claims Defense, and Coverage Analysis and Litigation. It also has extensive experience in claims litigation and settlement — specifically in mediating and litigating motor vehicle, premises, product, food and restaurant, trucking, transportation, industrial, construction, environmental, and other general liability claims. The Business Litigation practice area provides all manner of legal representation in business disputes, including shareholder relationship disputes, partnership disputes and other dispute resolution in Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort, Bowling Green and Owensboro, Kentucky, as well as in all Kentucky cities. This area has represented companies with respect to civil and criminal anti-trust investigations on both the state and federal levels.
