Key Wins a Defense Verdict

Jarad Key, an associate at Goldberg Simpson, was mentioned in the Kentucky Trial Reporter for his most recent trial win in Indiana.  Mr. Key represented Thorntons, Inc. in a lawsuit filed in Indiana by a Plaintiff who fell in one of Thornton’s convenient stores.  Mr. Key obtained a defense verdict for Thorntons, Inc. in that case.  Congratulations Mr. Key!!!!
