Fred Goldberg

Fred M. Goldberg is founder and a member of Goldberg Simpson.

Mr. Goldberg concentrates in the general practice and the litigation areas of the law. He is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.

Mr. Goldberg attended the University of Virginia and earned his law degree from the University of Louisville. He was a lecturer in Creditors’ Transactions at the University of Louisville Law School in 1959 and 1960.

Mr. Goldberg has built his career with extensive experience in litigation and health care law . He has served as Counsel to one of the largest hospital holding companies in the region, Jewish Hospital Health Care Services, Inc. He has also acquired extensive experience with public health issues, by serving as counsel for the Louisville & Jefferson County Board of Health.

He is admitted to practice in United States District Court and various Courts of Appeals in addition to being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
